Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 27 June 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Go-Hustle platform and services. By creating an account, posting a job, applying for work, or otherwise using Go-Hustle, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. About Go-Hustle
Go-Hustle is a Nigerian digital marketplace that connects skilled workers with employers and individuals who need their services. We do not directly employ workers, nor do we guarantee the availability, quality, or outcome of any work arranged through the platform.
2. Eligibility
To use Go-Hustle, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. Businesses may register through an authorised representative. Users under 18 are not permitted to create accounts or offer services on the platform.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account or impersonate another person or business.
4. User roles
- Workers create profiles, list skills and availability, apply for posted jobs, and communicate with employers through the platform.
- Employers post jobs, review applicants, hire workers, and manage work arrangements through the platform.
- Users may switch roles where permitted, but each role must be used honestly and in line with these terms.
5. Job postings and applications
Employers must describe jobs accurately, including location, pay expectations, and required skills. Workers must only apply for jobs they are qualified and available to perform. Both parties must communicate honestly and fulfil agreed obligations.
6. Identity verification
Go-Hustle may require users to verify their identity using a government-issued ID such as a National Identification Number (NIN). Verification helps build trust on the platform but does not replace your own judgment when hiring or accepting work.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Some features of Go-Hustle may require payment or a subscription. Fees are shown clearly before purchase. All payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦) through our secure payment partners. Refunds are handled in line with our refund policy and Nigerian consumer protection laws.
8. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Go-Hustle to:
- post false, misleading, or fraudulent jobs or profiles;
- harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users;
- share illegal, harmful, or offensive content;
- circumvent the platform to avoid fees or safety measures;
- collect or misuse another user’s personal data;
- offer or request services that violate Nigerian law.
9. Ratings and reviews
Ratings must be honest and based on actual experience. You may not manipulate ratings, threaten negative reviews, or offer incentives for positive reviews. We may remove reviews that violate this policy.
10. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant Go-Hustle a licence to use it to operate and promote the platform. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse platform content without permission.
11. Dispute resolution
We encourage users to resolve disputes directly and professionally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, Go-Hustle may mediate based on available evidence but is not liable for any losses arising from agreements between users.
12. Limitation of liability
Go-Hustle is a connection platform. We are not responsible for the actions, quality, or reliability of any worker or employer. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, our liability is limited to the amount paid to Go-Hustle for the service in question within the last three months.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose safety risks, or engage in fraudulent activity. Users may also delete their accounts at any time through the settings page.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
